Customer Special Customized Automotive Plastic Parts Checking Fixtures
Product Description
The gage must have an R&R of less than 10% and will be performed by MPG
personnel. The Gage R&R will be completed when sample parts are available
from the tool build source. The Gage R&R will consist of three (3) operators
with each checking a total of 10 parts.
Tool asset tags are to be attached to the fixture base. MPG will provide the tool
asset number to be stamped on the tag.
If the tool asset number isn’t available when the fixture is approved for shipment, the tag with the customer name stamped is to be mounted to the base.
MPG will stamp the asset number when
made available. Chrysler Corp. fixtures require the asset number to be stamped
onto the fixture base.
