Layout explain:
1.Riveting machine use 1 riveting hydraulic pressure station system connect 2 riveting guns;And use 1 electric system control to rivet the
part.
2.Use 2 people to rivet.(So 1 people will control 1side reviting gun)
3.Jig have wheel and can move, let easy to rivet difference part.
4.Riveting gun use KBK lead rail overhang connect, and the support will use steel structure to connect.
Riveting gun and hydraulic system
Suspend style riveting is install on the suspend device to do the riveting opperation, get though suspend device , riveting gun can free rotate,
and let easy and rapid alignment riveting area.
Suspend device including slip car ,spring balancer and lifting device.
Can realizable X,Y direction steroscopic rotate let the lifting device to help the riveting the dip angle.
Balancer install between slip car and riveting gun, let the riveting gun weight to balance.
Riveting gun output force for 40000Kg.
The riveting will use axial force make the nail pillar into nailhead in the riveting hole, and let
multiple part to connect.
Hydraulic riveting machine get through oil pump to get high hydraulic, then get through riveting gun and other oil cylinder get enough axial force on the riveting model, riveting model can let the riveting nail location ,shape up.
The hydraulic riveting advantage is : riveting power very big , and very strong,and riveting nail have balance power on it, and this way have very well quality , and have fast riveting speed,and very low noise etc. and easy to operation, have low labour strength.
